These terms apply to use of the Layerora Design Studio website and to enquiries and orders placed for our 3D printed products and custom services.

2. Product information

Product images are provided for representation. Because 3D printed products may be individually produced and finished, minor differences in colour, texture, layer lines and dimensions may occur. Custom product specifications are confirmed with the customer before production where applicable.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on the website may be starting prices or may be marked as price on request. Final pricing for custom, personalised, complex or bulk orders may vary based on size, material, design complexity, finishing, quantity and other agreed requirements. The applicable price will be confirmed before production.

4. Custom orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, text, photographs, dimensions and other information required for customisation. Production may begin after the required details and order terms are confirmed.

5. Intellectual property

Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to provide photographs, logos, artwork, characters, designs or other materials for printing. Layerora may decline an order where use of submitted material appears unlawful or unauthorised.

6. Payments and orders

An order is treated as confirmed when the required product details, pricing and payment or other agreed order terms have been accepted. For made-to-order products, production may begin after confirmation.

7. Returns and shipping

Returns, replacements, refunds and delivery are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or website information from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future use and orders.
