1. Delivery coverage

Layerora Design Studio ships orders across India. Delivery availability may vary by location and courier service.

2. Processing time

Products are generally made to order. Processing time depends on the product, quantity, customisation and production requirements. The estimated timeline will be confirmed before or at the time of order confirmation.

3. Dispatch and delivery

Once an order is ready, it will be dispatched through an available delivery partner or arranged pickup, as agreed. Delivery times can vary due to destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our control.

4. Custom and bulk orders

Custom, corporate and bulk orders may require additional production and dispatch time. A separate timeline will be communicated for such orders.

5. Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number. Delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Delays and courier issues

If a shipment is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly. We will coordinate with the courier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
